How to request support for computer and network issues.

Please use the following procedure when requesting support. There should only be a maximum of two contacts allowed to request support. All support requests from other contacts will not be handled. Please let us know who the two contacts are and their email addresses so that we can update your account.

Support can be requested by email or by phone.

By email
All requests by email should be sent to support@ekovista.com only from the two allowed contacts. When the request is received, a support ticket will automatically be generated for that request with an assigned number. Our technician will contact you to resolve the problem remotely, or by phone within 24 hours, or if necessary on-site within 48 hours.

By phone
To make a request by phone please call our toll free number 888-443-8892 and select option 2 for support. The technician will then generate a support ticket for your request. Our technician will resolve the problem remotely, or by phone within 24 hours, or if necessary on-site within 48 hours.
