How to request support for hosting and email issues.

Please use the following procedure when requesting support. 

Support can be requested by email or by phone.

By email
All requests by email should be sent to support@ekovista.com only from the contact or contacts registered on the account. When the request is received, a support ticket will automatically be generated for that request with an assigned number. We will make every effort resolve the problem within 24 hours.

By phone
To make a request by phone please call our toll free number 888-443-8892 and select option 2 for support. Requests can only be made by the account holder or by an approved contact listed on the account. The technician will then generate a support ticket for your request. We will make every effort resolve the problem within 24 hours.
