I have been traveling throughout Asia and as such I have had various IP address issues because of security. Whether it was 2:00 AM or 3:00 PM, they were always available to fix them. On my changeover to their service I was leaving a provider that wasn't being helpful with the change. I'm sure that Mike put in much more work than was usual in making the change for us. He worked closely with my admin in setting up our accounts and then remotely for all of my devices. In his doing so I learned that my grandson is right, I shouldn't have such complicated devices.
